Why we are praying?
Tuesday Morning Prayer Time
Each week we gather at the associational office to pray for revival and spiritual awakening on Tuesday mornings from 6:30-7:30 AM.
Since the founding of the association in 1864, committed Christians have labored for a great move of God in and around Johnson County. Churches have been planted, revival meetings have taken place, and thousands of gospel centered outreach events have been carried out, but we have yet to experience a sweeping move of the Spirit of God across our county.
We pray because Jesus taught us to pray. We pray because God is the only One who can bring this kind of work about. We pray because we have family members and neighbors who have yet to know and follow Jesus. We pray because God answers prayer.
