·  Fill out the form online or submit a paper form in the mail. Please enter statistical data for a full twelve months. The reporting period runs from October to September. 

·  If you would like to download a blank copy of the ACP to gather information before using the online form, one will be available to download at txb.org/acp

For the 2023 - 2024 reporting year, report ACP data by no later than February 2, 2025.

Congregations will be able to access their username and password information from their state convention or LifeWay. Need a paper form? Download a copy
